From Eureka Springs to Bentonville: A Journey of Love
As a photographer, it's always exciting to be able to capture the love and joy between two people, and Maddy and Eric's engagement sessions were no exception.
Maddy had grown up going to Eureka Springs, Arkansas for vacation, and so the couple decided that it could be such a nice setting for their photos...They were right because it was such a fun and lively experience! They were such naturals in front of the camera and were clearly head over heels for each other and their love shone through in every shot. We started off in a lovely park in downtown Eureka Springs, taking pictures against a backdrop of lush greenery and colorful flowers. Their playful and affectionate demeanor was contagious, and I couldn't help but smile along with them.
Next, we made our way to the bustling downtown square, where we captured some amazing shots of Maddy and Eric dancing in the middle of the street. It was so fun to see the couple let loose and enjoy each other's company in such a public place.
After being in Downtown Eureka Springs, we headed over to Osage Park in Bentonville, Arkansas for some golden hour photos. Here everyone was a bit more laid back, with a focus on capturing Maddy and Eric in a natural and relaxed setting. The park provided a stunning backdrop of lush greenery and beautiful streams leading away from the main lake, which we used to our advantage in the shots.
We started off by taking some intimate shots of the couple within tall grass and surrounded by the serene beauty of the park. As we moved around the park, I was struck by the way that Maddy and Eric's love seemed to radiate from them. They were so comfortable with each other, and their love and affection was palpable in every shot.
One of my favorite shots from the second session was of Maddy and Eric standing on a dock, looking out at the serene waters of the park's pond. It was such a peaceful moment, and I think the photo really captured the essence of their love and connection.
Overall, I had such a wonderful time capturing Maddy and Eric's engagement photos. They are such a lovely couple, and their love and joy is infectious. I'm so excited for their upcoming wedding this September, and I know that their love will continue to shine through in every moment of their special day!
